RETURNS

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

EXCHANGES

• We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value within 7 days. Please contact us first.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

• If order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
